I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the reserve from the back balcony. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. The location was great, being close to the main market and transport links. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms, especially those on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the reserve, offer a beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The night safari experience did not live up to expectations.

Easter stay here was just okay. the hotel was in a good location with easy access to transport links. the rooms were clean and had air conditioning. they provided pleasant customer service.
My experience was disappointing. the rooms were outdated, the bed uncomfortable, and the breakfast not satisfying.

The hotel offered free parking and access to a nearby beach which was convenient for us. the hotel was located in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. On top of that, the rooms were relatively clean and had decent amenities.
Our Christmas experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting us with our needs and the overall service was quite poor.
